The client was running separate campaigns on Google Shopping and Meta Ads with no cross-platform synergy. ROAS was stuck at 2.1x and scaling attempts were increasing costs. The product catalog contained over 5,000 SKUs and the ad budget wasn't being distributed efficiently.
Solution
We started by consolidating all campaigns into a single dashboard. We optimized the Google Shopping feed by improving product titles, descriptions, and images. On Meta Ads, we set up Dynamic Product Ads (DPA) to create a retargeting funnel. We increased brand awareness through programmatic display while capturing high-intent users with search campaigns.
